Had a number of issues with the service.1. Ryan’s assistant didn’t schedule my meeting properly, so no one showed up at my house for service. Had to call back to get one scheduled ~ 1 month late.2. I was charged a late fee after their emails went to my spam trying to collect payment. Original bill was $155 then was charged a $30 late fee. I paid the original amount and asked Ryan to consider the circumstances— emails going to my spam during political ad season is a great way to collect payment. Ryan’s response wasn’t remotely customer centric, and was pretty rude. I apologized for paying late.. doesn’t seem good enough for him. Will choose a more professional place next time

Everything about the experience was outstanding. From answering my questions ahead of time to letting me make a last minute adjustment, working with these folks was super easy. When the young man showed up to perform the work not only was he early but he went above and beyond to do a fantastic job. He even apologized for not being able to actually scrub one window that was only accessible from a crazy steep roof section but he still somehow got it washed and cleaned up anyway. Will definitely be using this group in the future.
